All packages are shipped USPS priority mail and arrive in 2-3 days upon shipment (except Sundays and Holidays)

All cages are shipped securely in boxes
All orders that include physical products are currently only available for shipping to U.S. addresses
If ordering kits to multiple physical addresses, please order them separately
If an item is defective, including rips/tears/cracks/breaks or zipper problems you have 30 days to report it from your purchase date to qualify for a full refund or store credit. Returns are not accepted after this 30 day window.
Please take a clear photo of the defect and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org so I can report it to the manufacturer and process your refund- you won't have to send the item back.
If the item is not defective, the buyer is responsible for return shipping method and return shipping costs. There will also be a 15% restocking fee.

An alternative to returning a non-defective butterfly cage would be to see if friends, family, or a neighbor might be interested in buying it, or donate it to a local school to share the love of butterflies with the next generation of monarch enthusiasts.
