Shipping and Returns


  • All packages are shipped USPS priority mail and arrive in 2-3 days upon shipment (except Sundays and Holidays)
  • You will receive a tracking number after I create your shipping label
  • You can track your package after USPS scans the label
  • All cages are shipped securely in boxes
  • All orders that include physical products are currently only available for shipping to U.S. addresses
  • If ordering kits to multiple physical addresses, please order them separately

Defective Returns

  • If an item is defective, including rips/tears/cracks/breaks or zipper problems you have 30 days to report it from your purchase date to qualify for a full refund or store credit. Returns are not accepted after this 30 day window.
  • Please take a clear photo of the defect and send it to so I can report it to the manufacturer and process your refund- you won't have to send the item back.

Non-Defective Returns

  • If the item is not defective, the buyer is responsible for return shipping method and return shipping costs. There will also be a 15% restocking fee.
  • Returns are not accepted after 30 days from the purchase date.
  • An alternative to returning a non-defective butterfly cage would be to see if friends, family, or a neighbor might be interested in buying it, or donate it to a local school to share the love of butterflies with the next generation of monarch enthusiasts.
  • t-shirts must be unwashed and unworn
  • Refunds will be processed within 2 days after the item is received.
  • If the item is damaged upon return, no refund will be given.
