Shipping and Returns

US Shipping

  • Choose from first class, ground, priority, express
  • You will receive a tracking number after I create your shipping label
  • All cages and accessories are shipped securely
  • If ordering to multiple physical addresses, please order separately
  • Raising supplies, shirts, and mugs all ship from different locations. So, depending on your order, you could receive 3 separate packages

Canada Shipping

  • Choose from economy, priority, express
  • Converts to show CAD prices (but you will still pay in USD)
  • You will receive a tracking number after I create your shipping label
  • All cages and accessories are shipped securely
  • If ordering to multiple physical addresses, please order separately
  • Raising supplies, shirts, and mugs all ship from different locations. So, depending on your order, you could receive 3 separate packages

International Shipping

  • We also ship to New Zealand, Australia, Mexico, UK, and the Philippines
  • Choose economy, priority, or express shipping
  • Converts to show price in your currency (but you will still pay in USD)
  • You will receive a tracking number after I create your shipping label
  • All cages are shipped securely in boxes
  • If ordering to multiple physical addresses, please order separately
  • Raising supplies, shirts, and mugs all ship from different locations. So, depending on your order, you could receive 3 separate packages

Defective Returns for Raising Supplies and Monarch Mugs

  • If an item is defective, including rips/tears/cracks/breaks or zipper problems you have 30 days to report it from your purchase date to qualify for a full refund or store credit. Returns are not accepted after this 30 day window.
  • If you are instructed to return the item, please include the return packing slip so we can process your order faster

Returns for Shirts

  • If an item is ripped, torn, or inferior quality, please contact me for a replacement order or refund
  • Shirts are custom made (print on demand) and returns are not accepted
  • Please review size charts to make sure you order the right size

Non-Defective Returns

  • If raising supplies or mugs are not defective, the buyer is responsible for return shipping method and return shipping costs.
  • There will also be a 10% restocking fee (fulfillment center fee)
  • Returns are not accepted after 30 days from the purchase date.
  • An alternative to returning a non-defective butterfly cage would be to see if friends, family, or a neighbor might be interested in buying it, or donate it to a local school to share the love of butterflies with the next generation of monarch enthusiasts.
  • Refunds will be processed within 2 days after the item is received.
  • If the item is damaged upon return, no refund will be given.
